
Tell me about your background/experience before joining Resolution IT
I have six years’ of experience in the IT industry and worked as a System and Network Engineer for a media company. I handled network issues and ensured that computers remained connected to the company's intranet and internet. I am a certified Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Cisco Certified Network Associate. Using my technological expertise, I worked as a desktop support engineer for a government sports council and a telecommunications company, where I interacted with others to ensure that computers and network equipment ran securely.
What is your current role to Resolution IT?
My current position as an IT Support Engineer entails assisting with technical troubleshooting, monitoring of systems, software, and hardware, and working on client issues without interfering with their workflow. Helping clients to solve their IT problems, including license acquisition, installation, and tracking of software and hardware-related items.
What attracted you to Resolution IT?
I first discovered Resolution IT several years ago; it deals with clients in a professional and effective manner, delivering services on time. I enjoy working as part of a team to achieve a common goal, and my background as an IT Support Specialist fits in well with Resolution IT.
What's your favorite work app?
Outlook and Microsoft Teams are two of my favorite work apps. They are more convenient to use with multiplatform access. We can create and join a team meeting in Outlook mobile, it's very secure and simple to manage, and it helps you stay organized with a calendar no matter where you are.
What's one thing about you people may not know?
Photography has always piqued my interest.
