The Solution

This company has teams in Guernsey and Asia who perform different functions 24/7. Data was being stored in silos and duplicated and communications between teams were costly. 

It discovered that supporting these disparate systems was time consuming and onerous. A new approach was therefore needed to bring teams together so data and documents could easily be accessed, daily tasks more efficiently performed and communications improved.

This solution now allows both teams to use all of the Office 365 collaboration tools. Everyone has the same email address and can view each other’s calendars, Everyone has easy access to company data, and communications improved through Skype for Business for Instant Messaging and voice/video calling.
