Robus Group required an enhanced disaster recovery solution to ensure that under all circumstances they would be able to service their clients. Resolution IT undertook a review of the disaster recovery that was currently in place and presented a number of enhanced options to Robus for selection. The most appropriate solution was the ‘Managed Real-Time Replication Server’ for almost immediate accessible servers in the event of a failover.
The ‘Managed Real-Time Replication Server’ provides Robus with a solution that copies their virtual servers in real time from their premises to Resolution IT’s disaster recovery servers in a local secure Data Centre.
The key benefit to this advanced solution is the low recovery time objective with next to no data loss should a hardware failure or disasters occur. In the event of a failure, the users are given access to their data and email on the replicated server, which is provided from the Data Centre until no longer required.
We cannot praise highly enough the service and response times we receive from Resolution IT and their proactive approach to our IT requirements is refreshing.
