Aneesh has a keen interest in tennis, basketball, football and weight training.

Olly Duquemin

Director

Olly founded Resolution IT in 2007 with Steve Brehaut and Phil Duquemin. The driving force behind the business and market development activities, Olly directs Resolution IT with a strong focus on service. Motivated by the unique requirements of each client, Olly manages client relations closely supported by the rest of the team.

Olly is an accredited Microsoft Sales Specialist in Office 365, Mid-Market Solutions, Server Platform and Small Business. In addition he is a Microsoft Certified Professional, Qualified Computer Engineer and A+ Hardware and Software Certified Professional. Olly has a vast technical background with experience in all aspects of business IT support and solutions with specialities including Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hyper V, Cloud Solutions and Network Architecture including large managed wireless networks.

When out of the office, Olly's interests include water sports, motorsport and skiing.

Steve Brehaut

Director

Steve founded Resolution IT in 2007 with Olly and Phil Duquemin. Validated by extensive experience, Steve leads the technical direction of the company. Managing the team of highly skilled engineers, he provides strategic oversight to all IT support and services.

Steve has vast knowledge across the suite of Microsoft products including; Microsoft Server 2008/2012 and Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Hyper-V. In addition, Steve specialises in remote desktop solutions and all aspects of networking,

When he’s not in the office, Steve enjoys family life, being outdoors, general fitness, motorsport and DIY.

Gopal Pai

Non-Executive Director

Non-executive Gopal Pai boasts a vast array of experience working in senior roles for global computer and office technology brands. Having worked across the South East Asia region in India, Singapore and the UAE, Gopal is rich in continent specific knowledge and industry contacts. Specialist areas include sales, marketing and distribution.

Gopal enjoys badminton, cricket, movies and music when he’s not at work.

Philip Duquemin

Non-Executive Director

Philip founded Resolution IT in 2007 with Olly Duquemin and Steve Brehaut. A highly accomplished businessman, Non-Executive Director Philip Duquemin brings a wealth of experience to Resolution IT. Philip's expertise spans across disciplines such as accountancy, finance and office technology as well as markets in Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa and South East Asia and as such, provides advisory that is second to none.

Appointed to a series of senior management roles for global brands including KPMG and NRG International (the international distributor arm of the Ricoh Group), Philip is a distinguished businessman whose work has been appreciated on a worldwide scale.

Philip is a Fellow of the Institute of the Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a specialist in commercial and trading business, distributor operations and business efficiencies and expansion.

Philip and his wife have two children and his interests include fishing, playing golf and boating.

Nidhi Nair

Client Services Manager

Nidhi Nair has been an extremely successful and consultative Sales Professional, with 18 years of experience in the IT industry, having specialized in Enterprise Client Management, Strategic and Business Alliance Management, Partner Business Development, Customer Service, Product Management and more. Nidhi holds an MBA in Information Systems alongside various other industry related certifications. Having worked with most leading System Integrator’s in the region, Nidhi has always been an asset to his previous organizations and clients, equally.

Nidhi manages the Sales and Operations at Resolution IT MEA, well supported by his team. A firm believer of commitment and common sense, Nidhi brings a great deal of flexibility and versatility in his work approach. Being an ardent sports lover, he thoroughly enjoys playing cricket, badminton and melodies during his off days.
